Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to event registrations at Sparsh 2026. By registering for any event, you agree to this policy.

2. No Refund Policy

All event registration fees are non-refundable.

Once payment is successfully processed and registration is confirmed, no refunds will be provided under normal circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind or inability to attend
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Failure to meet event prerequisites
  • Disqualification due to rule violations
  • No-show at the event

3. Exceptions - Event Cancellation

In the event that Sparsh 2026 cancels an event entirely, registered participants will be eligible for a full refund. Refunds in such cases will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Payment Failures

If your payment fails but the amount is debited from your account:

  • The amount will typically be auto-refunded by your bank within 5-7 business days.
  • If the refund is not received within 7 business days, please contact your bank.
  • Since we do not auto-debit, we can only verify payments that successfully reach our account.

5. Duplicate Payments

In case of accidental duplicate payments for the same event registration:

  • Contact us immediately with both transaction IDs.
  • After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days.

6. Event Modifications

Sparsh 2026 reserves the right to make changes to event schedules, venues, or formats. Such modifications do not entitle participants to refunds unless the event is cancelled entirely.

7. Force Majeure

In case of cancellation due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis and communicated to affected participants.

8. Refund Process

When eligible for a refund:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer/UPI to the account used for payment.
  • Processing time is 7-10 business days from approval.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
  • Bank processing times may vary; please allow additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

  • Your registered email address
  • Event name
  • Transaction ID / Payment reference
  • Detailed description of the issue
