2. Event Registration

• Registration is open to all eligible participants as specified for each event.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Each participant can register only once per event unless otherwise specified.
• Team events require all team members to have individual accounts on the platform.
• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment (for paid events).

3. Payment Terms

• Payments are accepted via UPI/Bank Transfer as specified on the payment page.
• You must submit the correct UTR/Transaction ID for verification.
• Registration is confirmed only after the payment is verified by our admin team.
• Providing false payment details may lead to disqualification and account suspension.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Event fees are non-refundable once verified.

4. User Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants must:

• Behave respectfully towards other participants, organizers, and volunteers.
• Follow all event rules and guidelines.
• Not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct.
• Not use unfair means or plagiarize in competitions.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Violation of the code of conduct may result in disqualification and/or ban from future events.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Sparsh 2026 and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Event Changes

We reserve the right to modify event schedules, venues, rules, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. In case of event cancellation, registered participants will be notified and refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sparsh 2026 and its organizers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in events or use of this website. Participation in all events is at your own risk.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your participation in Sparsh 2026 events shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the organizing institution's jurisdiction.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
